영하11도를 넘나드는 강추위와 칼바람.
저녁식사 후 먹는 칡물냉면.
고명으로 올라간 파릇하고 아삭한 오이채와 양념장이 식감을 더한다.

게절은 한겨울인데, 냉면에서 파릇한 봄을 느낀다.
