올 겨울들어 가장 추운 날씨다. 단단히 무장했는데도 춥다. 아침운동을 하고 집에 왔다. 오늘은 외출을 삼가고 재택근무 하기로 했다. 평소에 혈압약을 먹기 때문에 추운날은 조심한다. 따뜻한 집에서 일을 하면 능률도 높다.
