투우장에서 투우사와 겨루다 쓰러져 죽은 소는 어떻게 처리될까?
우선 소를 해체해 총 무게를 단다. 그 과정에서 물이나 먹이를 억지로 먹여 일시적으로 체중을 늘렸는지 사육사가 부정한 짓을 하지 않았는지 점검한다. 그리고 검사를 통과하면 안타깝게도 일반 소와 마찬가지로 정육점으로 보낸다. 결국 사람의 배 속으로 들어가는 것이다.
