고사리와 제육의 조합

제육불고기 위에 고사리를 얹어 양념이 베어들도록 열심히 볶아서 함께 먹어보니 특별한 고소함이 느껴지네요. 베고픔에 허겁지겁 먹다보니 고사리가 거의 사라졌어요.

      삼겹살도 그렇고 고사리를 고기와 함께 조리해 먹으니
      은근 고소하고 좋더라구요 !!
