The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, or Kew Gardens, is a leading botanical research and conservation center that can be found in London, England. Covering an area of more than 300 acres, it contains more than 50,000 species of plants and is thus among the most extensive collections around the globe. Established in 1759, Kew Gardens includes exotic glass structures such as the Palm House and the Temperate House, as well as a Treetop Walkway, enhancing the experience of visitors to nature. Kew is also a World Heritage Site listed by Unesco and millions of tourists visit the site for its natural beauty, variety of life forms and for educational purposes.
