Homeschooling: Education Itself
Homeschooling or home education is defined as an educational method by which the child’s parents teach their children at home instead of sending them to public or private schools. Children are generally taught at their own pace and their own level of interests which is unusual in the traditional Georgian education system as well. Dissimilar to the large number of families who have come to this decision, some families face such trouble as local schools that do not meet their expectations, employment complications, or religious, and other educational restrictions.
Homeschooling promotes the parents children relationship and motivates the child to learn without adult supervision. Parents usually combine various methods, and such components as: textbooks, games, and seminars in order to achieve maximum results. Previous discussion demonstrates that homeschooling is not an easy undertaking as it involves a lot of effort most importantly from the parents who are usually the primary facilitators for the children. Maybe not all people can abide with the structure of the school system; however, for such families, there is a solution – homeschooling.
