어제 퇴근후 좀 쉬고 났더니 무릎이 괜찮은거 같아 밤에 달리기 운동하러 나왔다.
앞으로도 무릎 상태를 고려해서 운동해야 겠다.
이틀전보다 달릴때 몸 상태가 괜찮은거 같았지만 어제도 꼴랑 2km 뛰는데 그쳤다.
2km 뛴후 더 뛸만하다 느꼈지만 뛰면서 무릎이 점차 아파짐을 느꼈기 때문에
2km 뛰는것에 만족하기로 했다.
