Domestic animals, or those animals that have been bred and raised by man for his benefit. For conspicuous purposes or work horses or even food. In this category we include dogs, cats, cattle, horses, hens, and sheep. Attempts were made by human beings to increase the existence of certain animals over and over again for thousands of years. These include temperament, strength, milk yield or even loyalty. For instance, dogs may be kept as pets or for security while cattle may be kept for meat, milk and even work. However, domestic animals are also an important component of society due to the increase in agricultural output, ease of transport, and even the psycho-emotional sphere. Domesticated animals are totally different from wild ones because they depend on humans for shelter, food and even taking care of them prompting some interdependence between animals and human beings.
