One of the obligatory stops when going to Ciudad Guayana, an important city in southeastern Venezuela, is to take a walk through La Llovizna Park. located in the heart of this industrial city, named after its main natural attraction, La Llovizna waterfall. an immense and mighty waterfall that at a relative distance subtly drops its drops creating a permanent drizzle for the enjoyment of its visitors.
La Llovizna waterfall is fed by the waters of the Caroní, an important Venezuelan river, which due to its hydrographic conditions makes it exceptional for the production of hydroelectric energy of vital economic importance for the entire region.
In addition to the waterfall, which is undoubtedly its main attraction, it is an extensive urban park of about 200 hectares, where it is possible to walk among trees, lagoons, hanging bridges, trails and engrammed hills that make it a beautiful and biodiverse place for family enjoyment. and sports activities in contact with nature.
In this immense park, it is also possible to appreciate some species of wildlife. I was lucky to see a limpet, a large rodent very popular in my country and it is very likely that the monkeys from my post a few days ago are also from this park, due to the relative proximity of the place where I saw them with this site.

Una de las paradas obligatorias al ir a Ciudad Guayana, importante ciudad del sureste venezolano, es darse un paseo por el Parque La Llovizna. ubicado en pleno corazón de esta ciudad industrial, bautizado así por su principal atractivo natural, el salto La Llovizna. una inmensa y caudalosa catarata que a relativa distancia deja caer sutilmente sus gotas creando una llovizna permanente para el disfrute de sus visitantes.
El salto La Llovizna es alimentado por las aguas del Caroní, importante río venezolano, que por sus condiciones hidrográficas lo hace excepcional para la producción de energía hidroeléctrica de vital importancia económica para toda la región.
Además del salto que sin duda es su atractivo principal, es un extenso parque urbano de unas 200 hectáreas, donde es posible caminar entre árboles, lagunas, puentes colgantes, senderos y colinas engramadas que lo convierte en un bello y biodiverso lugar para el disfrute familiar y de actividades deportivas en contacto con la naturaleza.
En este inmenso parque, también es posible apreciar algunas especies de fauna silvestre. Tuve la suerte de ver una lapa, roedor grande muy popular en mi país y es muy probable que los monos de mi publicación de hace unos días también sean procedentes de este parque, por la relativa proximidad del sitio donde los ví con este lugar.
