We went to Figline today for join a famous Italian street food festival, with typical products of many parts of Italy like Rome, Sicily, Puglia and other regions. Figline it's a quite big city with a large main square perfect for this kind of events.

It's a city quite close to Florence and it's really charming and calm.

We arrived for lunch and immediately we ordered two beers because the weather was really super warm, we almost melted!

Here my boyfriend ordered a classical Ariccia porchetta, a typical meat from arriccia , pork meat cooked in a special way and very flavoured with potatoes, tuscanian bread and a bloody red wine, he said that the dish was truly Yummmi..

We sitter in big tables situated bub the main square prepared this way for the occasion, so we eat with such a nice view on the old and new buildings.

For me I ordered coccoli, burrata and ham it's typical from some part of the Tuscany, coccoli are a kind of frien bread very salty and burrata a kind of mozzarella with a special surprise on the inside, the dish was delicious.

Than we were so full of hood good that we decide to have a walk in this city, it was the first time I visited it and I quite like it also if it's better to visit it during the evening hours because with the sun it's really too warm.

This is the second biggest square of the city full of trees and old buildings. With a fountain in the middle really a relaxing corner.
