@thomasinfo, very cool you are living nearby. We can keep in touch, there might be on 12.05 BTC Halving meeting-party Lisboa, just FYI
Haven't been yet on the other Banks of Tegus, though since December 19 being always I preparationon to visit these boroughs/ cities in big Lisboa.
LX rock, though as I was coming all the way down from Vasco da Gamma bridge, made a turn at Praca de Commercio, and didn't step few meters behind the Praca. So I stopped just short of reaching it, but anyway on this day, it was 22.03 it was closed for sure.

    Well hopefully around 12.05 we have more freedom. So do you know the "block cafe"? Are you living in Lisbon then or just visiting?
