Hello, adventure seekers! This time around, I decided to visit one of my favorite destinations: a zoo! But not just any zoo, I chose to explore Surabaya Zoo, one of the oldest and largest zoos in Indonesia. And the best part? I decided to get there by train. Curious about the journey? Let me take you through my exciting experience!
Preparation for the Journey to Surabaya Zoo
Before embarking on this adventure, there were a few preparations to be made. I booked my train tickets well in advance to secure a good deal. Additionally, I packed all the essentials for the trip, from snacks and water to a camera to capture the memorable moments.
Departing by Train
The day had finally arrived! Bright and early, I headed to Gubeng Station in Surabaya to catch the train to my dream destination. I opted for an economy class ticket, but the facilities were decent, and the journey was comfortable.
The train ride was a delight. As I enjoyed the scenic views of the countryside and small towns passing by, I felt an unparalleled sense of joy. Each passing second brought me closer to my eagerly awaited destination, Surabaya Zoo.
Arriving at Surabaya Zoo
After a relatively long but enjoyable journey, I arrived at Pasar Turi Station in Surabaya. From there, I continued my journey using public transportation to get to Surabaya Zoo.
Upon arriving at the zoo, my excitement knew no bounds! I encountered various animals from around the world, including tigers, elephants, giraffes, and exotic birds. Every corner of the zoo held surprises and showcased the incredible beauty of nature.
Conclusion
Spending the holiday at Surabaya Zoo and getting there by train was an unforgettable experience for me. The combination of a pleasant train ride and an adventurous day at the zoo made this holiday truly memorable.
For those of you looking to spend your holiday in a unique and exciting way, I highly recommend trying a similar adventure. Who knows, you might also find the same thrill and joy that I experienced. Happy exploring and happy holidays!
