L'alluvione che ha flagellato nei giorni scorsi le Marche e' stato l'ennesimo evento naturale funesto del nostro paese, con consueto corollario di morti, feriti e dispersi.
Oramai basta mezza giornata di pioggia forte per ritrovarci con le strade allagate, piene di buche, i fiumi che tracimano ed il fango che scende dalle montagne travolgendo tutto cio' che trova sul suo
cammino.

Dare la colpa alla natura e' troppo facile, il problema e' che da decenni manca completamente una cura per il territorio.
I comuni, causa scarsita' di mezzi dovuta anche a mangerie assortite, non si occupano piu' di drenare il fondo dei fiumi e dei torrenti dove si accumula di tutto, il disboscamento selvaggio
impedisce agli alberi di essere una prima barriera nei confronti del fango quando scende a valle.

Sono stati concessi permessi per costruire abitazioni in luoghi a forte rischio idrogeologico, sotto il livello del mare, sul fondo delle valli, a lato di dirupi pericolosi e via discorrendo.
Nessuno si occupa piu' di rendere il territorio sicuro, un lavoro da fare costantemente non soltanto quando arriva una tragedia e muore gente.
Il clima sta cambiando, si sta tropicalizzando, avremo lunghi
periodi senza piogge e poi altri in cui verra' giu' di tutto, compresi chicchi di grandine grossi come palline da tennis, tipo quelli che questa estate mentre lavoravo in Toscana, mi hanno spaccato 2
vetri qua' in Piemonte.

Quindi occorre una protezione civile seria, dei comuni attenti, uno stato presente che protegga davvero, che sappia monitorare le situazioni per evitare che al prossimo rovescio tempolaresco la
storia si ripeta.
Non serve piangere poi a fatti compiuti, a quel punto sara' tardi e la gente si incazzera' davvero, che sarebbe anche ora.

Nobody is concerned anymore with making the territory safe, a job to be done constantly, not only when a tragedy arrives and people die.
The climate is changing, it is tropicalizing, we will have long
periods without rain and then others in which everything will come down, including hailstones as big as tennis balls, like those that this summer while I was working in Tuscany, I have split 2
glass here in Piedmont.

So we need a serious civil protection, careful municipalities, a present state that really protects, that knows how to monitor situations to prevent the next temporal reversal.
