Pare e sottolineo il pare che la situazione gasolina/fonti di energia in generale a Cuba sia in lento e costante miglioramento.
Siamo ancora lontani da una sorta di normalita' ma perlomeno le cose pare vadano un po' meglio.
Non e' soltanto il problema di fare il pieno di benzina o di petrolio all'auto, se manca il combustibile si ferma tutto.
A Cuba praticamente tutto viaggia su 4 ruote, se quelle 4 ruote restano ferme allora nulla gira e tutto resta fermo nei magazzini della capitale.

Una delle cause di scarsita' di prodotti ad oriente in questi ultimi due anni e' data proprio dalla difficolta' degli organi competenti nel reperire il carburante per far girare i mezzi.
Stesso discorso per l'industria, se il combustibile assegnato e' il 20/30% di quello abituale, quello che servirebbe per girare a pieno regime allora e' naturale che la produzione si attesti su quelle
percentuali.
Inutile dire che anche il trasporto di persone subisce le conseguenze di una simile situazione.

Si era in parte ovviato alle carenze con quelle chiatte turche che avevo visto ancorate nella baia dell'Avana, ricorderete che ve ne avevo parlato pubblicando qualche foto.
Non conosco i costi di tutta quella operazione ma non credo che
Erdogan operasse pro bono.
A volte mi capitava di leggere che la situazione era quella che era perche' si attendeva l'arrivo di un “barco” dal Venezuela o da un altro paese, barco carico di petrolio.
Se per avere un po' di corrente o le pompe di benzina cariche occorre aspettare un unico barco allora vuol dire che siamo al di la'dello scavare il fondo della pentola.

Un paese che non ha uno straccio di riserve energetiche e' un paese immobile, che non si puo' muovere, guardate cosa e' successo a noi col gas russo e le bollette schizzate verso l'alto, e noi siamo un paese fra i piu' industrializzati al mondo.
Poi ci sono stati i problemi eterni sulla manutenzione delle centrali
elettriche, sono vecchie, malconce, si ha come l'impressione che a forza di metterci il nastro adesivo per tappare la falla oramai il buco sia troppo grande ed il nastro adesivo esaurito.

Anche la situazione apagones pare in fase di lento miglioramento, lo dico sommessamente perche' non vorrei poi a novembre dover girare per casa con la pila elettrica portata dall'Italia.
Il problema e' che Cuba non ha riserve di nessun tipo, consuma quello che ha, se non ha non consuma e si resta al buio o si
cammina a piedi.

Questo se vogliamo e' un concetto molto americano, lo statunitense solitamente spende quasi tutto il salario mensile, i costi di qualunque cosa sono piuttosto elevati.
Ricorderete qualche anno fa che, a causa di casini al Congresso, per un paio di mesi lo stato non fu in grado di pagare gli stipendi ai suoi dipendenti.
Ebbene tutti dovettero trovarsi un lavoro al volo per quel periodo perche' senza lo stipendio mensile non c'era la pratica possibilita' di vivere, tirare avanti, riempire il piatto.
Tranquilli, anche in Italia ci stiamo avvicinando a questo stato di cose, date tempo...

Il cubano puo' anche essere il re dell'invento ma se e' lo stato ad essere in perenne difficolta', c'e' poco da inventare.
Leggevo di qualcuno che provava a farsi la gasolina a casa, con risultati che vi lascio immaginare.
Quindi, se davvero e' migliorata la situazione, e' un bene per tutti,
noi culi bianchi compresi.

In Cuba practically everything travels on 4 wheels, if those 4 wheels stay still then nothing turns and everything stays still in the capital's warehouses.

Well everyone had to find a job on the fly for that period because without the monthly salary there wasn't the practical possibility of living, getting by, filling the plate.
Don't worry, even in Italy we are approaching this state of affairs, give yourself time...

The Cuban may also be the king of invention but if it is the state that is in perpetual difficulty, there is little to invent.
