Quando la burocrazia "vola"🇮🇹🇬🇧😡

La burocrazia italiana puo' essere un mostro a cinque teste per chi deve averci a che fare.
Leggevo dei grandi problemi che sta avendo l'assegno di inclusione che ha sostituito, per una platea molto piu' piccola, il reddito di cittadinanza.
Ho alcuni conoscenti che stanno tentando di accedervi, c'e' da presentare una serie di documenti da far venire la pelle d'oca.
La concessione o meno puo' dipendere da uno 0,1 di isee o da altrifattori nascosti nelle pieghe delle nostre mille leggi o leggine.

Pero' ci sono poi situazioni dove la nostra burocrazia e' cosi' efficiente da fare impallidire quella svizzera.
Dal 14 gennaio Andy Diaz Hernandez, triplista cubano naturalizzato italiano, e' entrato ufficialmente a far parte dei gruppi sportivi Fiamme Gialle.
E' diventato una guardia di finanza, dal 14 febbraio ce lo abbiamo tutti sul groppone.

Hernandez e' un triplista di livello, vincitore della Diamond League nel 2022.
Nato all'Avana, ha disertato nel 2021 venendo in Italia e bussando alle porte di Fabrizio di Donato gloria del salto triplo italiano.
Ha ottenuto in tempo record la cittadinanza italiana ad aprile 2023
con il giuramento alle ore 12 al comune di Roma ed il record italiano con 17.75 nel giugno 2023.

Da agosto potra' indossare la maglia azzurra e rappresentarci ai giochi di Parigi.
Per avere la documentazione in cosi' breve tempo si sono interessati la guardia di finanza, il Coni, la Fidal, e l'Atletico Unicusano Livorno.

Non e' un fenomeno soltanto italiano, ma mentre nei paesi nord europei si cerca anche per gli sportivi di livello di rispettare le tempistiche delle leggi in Italia come in Turchia le cose si muovono a velocita differenti.
Dico Turchia perche' persino Erdogan si e' mosso per conferire la cittadinanza turca alla pallavolista cubana Vargas.
Tutto questo mentre gli altri stranieri aspettano anni ed anni.
Quando poi ci sono di mezzo atleti cubani... chissà come mai ma tutto si muove in modo più rapido.

But then there are situations where our bureaucracy is so efficient that it dwarfs the Swiss one.
Since January 14th Andy Diaz Hernandez, a Cuban-naturalized Italian triple jumper, has officially joined the Fiamme Gialle sports groups.
He has become a financial policeman, since February 14th we have all had him on our backs.

Hernandez is a top-level triple jumper, winner of the Diamond League in 2022.
Born in Havana, he defected in 2021 by coming to Italy and knocking on the doors of Fabrizio di Donato glory of the Italian triple jump.
He obtained Italian citizenship in record time in April 2023
with the swearing-in at 12pm in the municipality of Rome and the Italian record with 17.75 in June 2023.
