Hello everyone!

Last week I wrote a very special post.
You can read it here, but in any case, I will mention some parts, because I will need them to present the new project that starts today on Italy.

I explained how, due to the market dynamics of this moment in particular, setting a post on 50%/50% rewards instead of 100% Power Up, could be much more convenient, also and above all for those who were then willing to increase their SP.

I'm not putting the full explanation here, because you can find it there.
It must be said that something in the Steem/SBD ratio has changed, but not a lot for now, since as I write this post, in the internal market is still around 0.07, while the classic ratio between the average value of Steem and the nominal value of SBD (1 $) is around 0.18.

So the convenience is still abundantly there.

I had launched my proposal to the Team: that of rewarding with extra votes users who, after receiving the payout of their post set to 50%/50%, would have changed SBD to Steem, made Power Up and post the screenshot of the operation in a comment.

@steemcurator01 replied in the comments and made me understand that monitoring and verifying this procedure would take too long. They also had doubts about the possible variance in the value of SBD in the 7 days before reaching the payout and whether some users would be tempted to sell the liquid SBD if the value of the token increases further.

But I am convinced that we here on Italy can make the most of this resource and so I offered to organize a test area of ​​this project here in our Community.

The Team's response was, as usual, one of great collaboration and great openness.

And so, today I present our new project...

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's very simple. Users who write in the Italy community and have set their posts to 50%/50%, simply have to change the SBD (deriving from one or more posts) in the internal market and then Power Up those Steem.

Once this is done, just take a screenshot of your wallet, in which the three operations are clearly visible, and post it in a comment to this post.

In 7 days, I will review all the comments and post a summary with the results.

The post will be set to 100% Power Up, it will receive an extra vote from @steemcurator01 / @steemcurator02 and 70% of the SP earned will be divided among all the users who participated, set as beneficiaries in equal parts.

To make you better understand what your comment should contain, I borrow a screenshot from my friend @frafiomatale's wallet (sorry Franco, but it's for science 😄) which shows exactly the three steps:

In this case @frafiomatale has made power up about 80% of the Steem obtained from the sale of the SBD. He clearly didn't know about this contest yet...

Here instead it is required to Power Up 100% of the Steem obtained after the change in the market.

You can also insert more than one comment, indeed do it, because at the end of the week I will also calculate how much SP we have earned more with this initiative. But remember that the beneficiaries are counted per user and not per comment.

Furthermore, to prevent us from being tricked, it was decided to insert a minimum of SBD to change, that is 3.

Don't worry if your post will earn less: you can cumulate the SBD you earn with two or more posts over the course of the week.

The initiative is valid both for the posts you write from now on, and for those that are still awaiting payment.

Users of all nationalities are allowed to participate, but SBD are required to come from a post written on Italy.

Ciao a tutti!

La scorsa settimana avevo scritto un post molto importante.
Potete leggerlo qui, ma in ogni caso, ne citerò alcune parti, perché mi serviranno per presentare il nuovo progetto che parte da oggi su Italy.

Avevo spiegato come, per le dinamiche di mercato di questo momento in particolare, settare un post su 50%/50% rewards anziché su 100% Power Up potesse essere molto più conveniente anche e soprattutto per chi fosse poi intenzionato ad aumentare il proprio SP.

Non rimetto qui tutta la spiegazione dettagliata, perché potete trovarla lì.
C'è da dire che qualcosa nei rapporti Steem/SBD è cambiato, ma non tantissimo per ora, visto che mentre scrivo questo post, il cambio nel market è ancora intorno a 0.07, mentre il rapporto classico tra valore medio di Steem e valore nominale di SBD (1$) è intorno a 0.18.

Quindi la convenienza c'è ancora abbondantemente.

Avevo lanciato la mia proposta al Team: quella di premiare con dei voti extra gli utenti che, dopo aver ricevuto il payout del loro post settato su 50%/50%, avrebbero cambiato SBD in Steem, fatto Power Up e postato lo screenshot dell'operazione in un commento.

@steemcurator01 mi ha risposto nei commenti e mi ha fatto capire che il monitoraggio e la verifica di questa procedura avrebbero richiesto troppo tempo. Inoltre aveva dei dubbi sulla possibile varianza a ribasso del valore di SBD nei 7 giorni necessari per raggiungere il payout e sull'eventualità che alcuni utenti fossero tentati di vendere gli SBD liquidi qualora il valore del token aumentasse ulteriormente.

Io però sono convinto che noi qui su Italy possiamo mettere a frutto alla grande questa risorsa e così mi sono offerto di organizzare un'area test di questo progetto qui nella nostra Community.

La risposta del Team è stata, come al solito, di grande collaborazione e di grande apertura.

COME FUNZIONA?

E' molto semplice. Gli utenti che scrivono nella community Italy e hanno settato i loro post su 50%/50%, devono semplicemente cambiare nel market interno gli SBD derivanti da uno o più post e successivamente fare Power Up di quegli Steem.

Fatto questo, basterà fare uno screenshot del proprio wallet, nel quale siano ben visibili le tre operazioni, e postarlo in un commento a questo post.

Tra 7 giorni, visionerò tutti i commenti e farò un post riassuntivo con i risultati.

Il post sarà settato su 100% Power Up, riceverà un voto extra da @steemcurator01 / @steemcurator02 e il 70% dello SP guadagnato sarà suddiviso tra tutti gli utenti che hanno partecipato, settati come beneficiari in parti uguali.

Per farvi capire meglio cosa deve contenere il vostro commento, prendo in prestito uno screenshot dal wallet del mio amico @frafiomatale (scusami Franco, ma è per la scienza 😄) che mostra esattamente i tre passaggi:

In questo caso @frafiomatale ha poweruppato l'80% circa degli Steem ottenuti dal cambio con SBD. Chiaramente non sapeva ancora di questo contest...

Qui invece è richiesto di fare Power Up del 100% degli Steem ottenuti dopo il cambio nel market.

Potete inserire anche più di un commento, anzi fatelo, perché alla fine della settimana farò anche un calcolo di quanto SP avremo guadagnato in più con questa iniziativa. Ricordatevi però che il conteggio dei beneficiari è ad utente e non a commento.

Inoltre, per evitare che vengano fatte furbate, si è pensato di inserire un minimo di SBD da cambiare, cioè 3.

Non vi preoccupate se il vostro post ne guadagnerà di meno: potrete accorpare gli SBD guadagnati con due o più post nell'arco della settimana.

L'iniziativa è valida sia per i post che scriverete da questo momento in poi, sia per quelli che sono ancora in attesa di pagamento.

Sono ammessi a partecipare utenti di tutte le nazionalità, ma è richiesto che gli SBD provengano da un post scritto su Italy.
