When winter starts, the first thing that comes to our mind is making different types of pitha, most of the village houses make pitha during winter, various festivals are celebrated by making pitha during winter, making pitha according to the village region. It is a must, every house will make pitha and invite relatives and feed that pitha.

If you don't make pitha during winter then it doesn't feel like winter, if you don't invite your relatives after making pitha during winter then they sit sad, many times they get angry with them, making pitha during winter is a Bengali race. A long-standing tradition, pitha-making competitions begin during winter, and these pithas are much tastier, with most pithas being made with sweet ingredients.

Different types of pithas are prepared in our Bangladesh during winter, and those pithas have different names, the pictures are called different names in different regions, the methods of making pithas are different due to the differences in regions, but the pithas of all regions are very delicious. It is much sweeter, at various times pitha festival is organized at home, all kinds of pitha are prepared in that pitha festival.

Today a type of pitha was prepared in our house, which we call chitai pitha, this pitha is made by earthen pot on earthen stove, after making this pitha the tipta is eaten with china or jaggery, and most of the pitha is left in milk. , by which milk pitha is prepared, this milk pitha is prepared in most of the homes in Bangladesh during winter, due to the production of milk pitha in many areas, the price of milk increases in the market.

The first pitha of this winter season was made in our home today, when pitha is made I sit and eat it, when the pitha is done, the pitha is left in the milk, today our home made milk pitha is much more delicious. Well, me and my boys ate milk pita with great pleasure, and asked my wife to make such pita again after a few days.
