You Don’t Need to Look for Me
Here you don’t need to look for me
to find me, for I am,
omnipresent, in every ground you tread,
doubling your shadow,
leaving a trail of breeze,
a scent of heather in the imprint of your steps.
In these garments, we will visit the courtyards,
the atriums of dance and enchantment.
The clouds nestled behind the moon,
in the fragrant peace of dawn,
are the map of the wanderings of speech
while the heart, defenseless, surrenders.
