How  To  Make  Dressing  For Salad

If we talk about salad dressings, actually there are lots of dressings, like my information below. If dressings in continental food are an important food ingredient, because they can enhance the taste of a food.

Dressing is thickened. It has a sour and sharp taste. The taste of the dressing should be more prominent than the sour taste of the main ingredient, why? Because the main ingredients are mostly taken from fresh vegetables, or other fresh foods that have not been seasoned. Well, so it feels like it should be given dressing.

Now I want to tell you what kinds of dressings:

The first one is French Dressing.

One of the salad dressings which is in liquid form, made from vegetable oil, vinegar or lemon juice, pepper, butter and salt and sugar to taste.

If you want to make French Dressing, first prepare salad oil, then vinegar, and spices such as salt and pepper. Then shake all the ingredients into one place, while mixing properly. Then leave for 2 hours and shake again before serving.

As for mayonnaise sauce, it is sold everywhere. But if you want to make it yourself, here's how.

Place the egg yolk in a bowl and add the mask.

You can also add spices such as salt, pepper and sugar, then stir constantly until it thickens. And the mayonnaise sauce is ready to be served.

I am honest yes friends, really happy with mayonnaise dressing. But there are people who say that mayonnaise dressing is quite high in fat, so it's not good for your health. But for those who are on a diet, welcome fat.

Mayonnaise, in my opinion, if you want to be healthy, don't be overweight, it's better to avoid consuming mayonnaise. Because you know how to make mayonnaise from cream, then mixed with eggs, also mixed with flour, mixed with sugar. This means that it will be high in sugar and high in fat. We'd better avoid it.

You can just consume this mayonnaise dressing, but it's better to avoid it. Because the sugar is quite high and the fat is also high. For friends who are on a diet, it seems like dressing is an inappropriate choice.

Then there is Thousand Island

Italian Dressing

This salad sauce is milky white and is very popular in America. Usually it is suitable for dipping boiled vegetables because the taste is savory and slightly spicy.

From earlier I have discussed this dressing for salads and vegetables. But we can just make that salad from fruit, now it's also trendy. Only many people make the dressing from mayonnaise, or there are also from sweetened condensed milk. Earlier I discussed that mayonnaise should be avoided. So what do you replace it with?
