Yesterday, I put my children to sleep at night and fell asleep watching a comedy movie with my wife. I fell asleep while watching it, so my sleep score was lowered because I was awake for a long time at the beginning of my sleep, but my overall energy score is good because I slept deeply. I'm especially satisfied because my heart rate is stable. In the future, I should exercise steadily and take care of my health to make my energy score and sleep score high and maintain them. :)
