I went to meet my close brother, and the weather was so hot. We decided to have lunch together, and the menu was cool buckwheat soba noodles. There is a very famous and delicious soba restaurant near 'Indeokwon' station, and we both ordered a large serving of buckwheat soba noodles.
Cold soup with plenty of ice and three chunks of buckwheat soba noodles came out. We added mustard to the soup to season it to our own taste, then added buckwheat noodles to the cold soup one by one and ate it cool. I felt like the heat filled my body was gone, and both noodles and soup were cool and delicious. :)
Cool food to overcome the heat is the best in this weather. I think I can eat buckwheat soba every day until the heat is over. I recommend you to try cold buckwheat soba noodles if you have a chance.
