My sons told me this morning that they wanted to eat omurice that I made. From today, I am going on a business trip to the southern part of the country and returning the day after tomorrow, so I was willing to make breakfast for my children.
After stir-frying ham and vegetables first, I added rice and stir-fried it again, and then I made omurice by wrapping fried rice with eggs. I was really happy to see my children enjoying omurice.
I also ate omurice next to my kids. It was a quick meal, but it tasted quite good. I felt like I could go on a business trip in a pleasant way.
I am now driving to Busan. I hope to have good results on my business trip for 2 nights and 3 days. I hope you all have a pleasant and comfortable day today. Thank you for reading. :D
