Unforgettable Italy - Duomo di Orvieto!

Dear friends of Steemit, I have left my heart in Orvieto for sure.
I have been in Orvieto between 22-29 November 2019. And my heart is still there, because I have been there for a project of Erasmus+, where 20 international people came together in a house for one aim.
Between those dates 27th of November 2019 was a free day to enjoy the city centre, but it was a rainy day. We have gone into city centre with a mini van. We had a walk around city, it was a small one because we have been in the old part of it. While walking I have seen this Cathedral of Orvieto or Duomo di Orvieto. I was just shocked, because I saw a masterpiece. I stayed just 20 minutes looking the cathedral from outside!

I loved this masterpiece, because I am not used to see cathedrals because of a place I live in. The architecture is amazing, every detail was amazing. We have taken so many photos around. Normally there were bars outside where people can have a drink and enjoy their time over there.
But since the day was rainy we didn't stay close to there.

It was built with a mosaics, it was gigantic one for sure. Also that day it was closed, we couldn't explore inside.
if you go in Orvieto, you will see this gigantic cathedral for sure, it a very beautiful one.
