From what I know, Bangladesh has recently organized itself well to prevent and deal with natural events that involve floods, but the events of these last few weeks are of an exceptional magnitude. I don't dare to think what could happen in Italy if the same thing happened... In Italy we are not ready and much less organized for similar events.
