Considerations
I discovered, I would say late, the most popular Hawaiian dish in the world, poke.
For the first time I went to a place where they only sold poke.
Poke is a dish of rice or raw fish seasoned with vegetables and other types of condiments.
I was very surprised by this dish. I really liked it and it also seems quite healthy.
It is also interesting how the dish is chosen. You find yourself in front of a balcony with lots of things in different trays and everyone can compose their own poke according to their tastes.
The composition of my pome bowl
The poke I tried was rice based with bits of chicken. Topped with corn, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, flaked almonds and edamame. The sauce was mustard and honey. Dressing: sesame oil and lime.
Some say that the most correct poke bowl should have 4 elements: rice, proteins, vegetables and fruit,
with a sauce and finally a small addition of seeds or dried fruit.
The poke bowl I had was delicious but I don't know if it reflects the true Hawaiian canons or the true tradition of this dish.

Conclusions
I find poke a delicious and healthy dish. I think I will eat this Hawaiian dish more and more from now on.

Considerazioni
Ho scoperto, direi in ritardo, il piatto hawaiano più diffuso in tutto il mondo, il poke.
Per la prima volta sono andato in un locale dove vendevano esclusivamente poke.
Il poke è un piatto a base di riso o pesce crudo condito con verdure e altri tipi di condimento.
Io sono rimasto molto sorpreso da questa pietanza. A me è piaciuta molto e sembra anche piuttosto salutare.
Interessante anche come viene scelta la pietanza. Ci si trova davanti ad un balcone con tantissime cose in diverse vaschette e ognuno puó comporre il proprio poke a seconda dei propri gusti.
La composizione della mia poke bowl
Il poke che ho provato era a base di riso con pezzetti di pollo. Condito con mais, zucchine, pomodorini, feta greca, scaglie di mandorle ed edamame. La salsa era senape e miele. Condimento: olio di sesamo e lime.
C’è chi afferma che la poke bowl più corretta dovrebbe avere 4 elementi: riso, proteine, verdura e frutta,
con una salsa ed infine una piccola aggiunta di semi o frutta secca.
La poke bowl che ho preso io era deliziosa ma non so se rispecchia i veri canoni hawaiani o la vera tradizione di questo piatto.

Conclusioni
Trovo il poke un piatto delizioso e salutare. Credo che d’ora in avanti mangeró sempre più spesso questo piatto hawaiano.
