A night in Yining, Xinjiang, is something truly special, especially when a local friend books a private room at Four Seasons Loulan.
Good food, great drinks, and lively singing and dancing—it’s the real spirit of Xinjiang. We enjoyed the famous “Deadly Wusu” beer, a must-try for anyone visiting, along with YiZhu white wine, which was smooth and refreshing.
The food was incredible, too—tender tin foil-wrapped meat, flavorful rack of lamb, and spicy stir-fried chicken, all cooked to perfection. What made the evening even more amazing was the live music and singing happening right next to us. Musicians played traditional instruments while singers performed heartfelt songs, filling the room with warmth and joy.
The melodies, the rhythm, and the energy of it all made every bite and sip even more enjoyable. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. The combination of delicious local dishes, unique drinks, and vibrant culture created an unforgettable night. Moments like these remind me why Xinjiang is so captivating. It's not just about the beautiful landscapes; it’s the people, the food, and the traditions that make it magical. If you ever get the chance to visit, don’t miss out on this kind of evening.
It’s the perfect way to experience the heart and soul of Xinjiang.
From the post and photos it looks like a wonderful place to eat and hang out. The quality of the food and preparation seems very high
