Sicily (Italian: Sicilia) is under the jurisdiction of the Sicily Region of the Republic of Italy, with an area of 25,700 square kilometers and a coastline of 1,484 kilometers. It is the largest island in the Mediterranean with a population of about 5 million.
Sicily is located in southern Italy and in the middle of the Mediterranean. It is shaped like a triangle. The northeast end faces the Apennine Peninsula with the Strait of Messina 3 kilometers wide. The island has many hills and is located in a typical Mediterranean climate. The winter is warm and humid, while the summer is dry and hot. The coastal area, especially the southwestern part, is also affected by the climate of the African continent, so the summer is even hotter, with the highest temperature reaching 48℃ .
Sicily occupies an important position in the commercial trade routes of the Mediterranean, so it has been considered a place of strategic importance throughout history. It is vast and rich, with a warm climate and beautiful scenery, rich in citrus, lemon and olives. Because of its good natural environment for the development of agriculture and forestry, it was called the "Golden Basin" in history.
It is one of the "pearls" of southern Italy. Nature seems to have given all its miracles to this land: mountains, hills, and most importantly the incredible colors of the Mediterranean, crystal clear waters and beautiful sea floor. Here, many small islands on the Mediterranean Sea are scattered along the coast of Sicily, giving it a unique and dense natural landscape, breath and flavor, and it has never been polluted.

Raise eyes
You see the clouds blown by the wind

Valley of the Temple
Attentive
You find life everywhere
It's getting late, the clothes are put away, only colorful clothespins are left
Be careful with pictures, add humor to the city

Three thousand years later, the idol has fallen
In the rain, Jupiter and the small town of Agrigento lying down
Faith never dies
Palermo's old city is too old
Many tourists dare not enter
