Today is the second day of the weekly contest. We have 6 days. Weekly Contest's topic of our community is The Best Meal For Strength and Endurance for this week (week 4).
You can keep your energy high with some meals during the day in healthy ways.
L E N T I L
Lentil contains high amounts of iron, which is necessary to keep energy levels steady. It also balances your blood sugar levels thanks to its high fiber content and provides energy all day long. Lentils are used in a wide variety of dishes, from meals to soups and salads. Lentils provide a feeling of satiety.
B E A N
Protein helps keep blood sugar levels stable. Beans are a complete protein store. Beans do not have any deficiency from red meat with its protein structure. In addition, complex carbohydrates provide energy for the brain and body.
B E E F
A steak contains high protein and amino acids to maintain your energy levels and keep you full for longer. Beef can provide ample nutrients, including vitamin C complex.
Q U I N O A
Quinoa contains a significant amount of protein and amino acids. When you consume quinoa in the middle of the day, it can increase your energy perfectly. It is also high in folate, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese. It is a nutrient-packed carbohydrate source for long-lasting energy levels.
T U N A F I S H
Eating fish species loaded with protein and B vitamins can provide you with a great source of energy. Tuna fish is rich in vitamins B6, Niacin (B3) and B12, which are important vitamins for converting foods into energy.
T U R K E Y
Turkey meat is a food rich in tryptophan. Its consumption is recommended because it contains high amounts of protein and is rich in selenium and B12 vitamins.
E G G P L A N T
Eggplant is a rich source of nutrients. It contains Vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, thiamine, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, fiber, folic acid, potassium and manganese. Eggplantalso contains almost no cholesterol or saturated fat.
