one way to reduce triglyceride and cholesterol levels by reducing Eating high carbohydrate foods because they can cause high levels of triglycerides in the blood and also by exercising because exercise is very proven to reduce excessive cholesterol in the body
Therefore, consume foods that are low in carbohydrates in order to experience a decrease in natural triglycerides, namely green vegetables, fish, tomatoes, milk and yogurt and often do light exercise every day for 30 minutes to keep the body healthy and fit.
