Some Negative Effect of Eating Chicken Daily!

Proteins are required in our day-to-day life for the growth and recovery of our bodies. And one of the natural sources of protein in chicken which is most preferable to everyone. Eating chicken is not bad, but eating chicken with various spices, creams, and butter is definitely not worth for daily diet.

Eating chicken daily may lead to cancer, such as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, it's a type of blood cancer that has a maximum probably to be affected by males according to the Oxford University researchers.

Researchers have also found that people who don't eat chicken daily are much healthier than those who eat chicken daily. Here, some bad effects of eating chicken daily:

  • It can increase the risk of cancer, for example, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
  • It can increase diabetes and promote the risk of heart disease.
  • Most of the time it has been found that people who consume chicken daily face a hard time maintaining their body weight.
  • As all of the meat carries the highest risk of Foodborne Illness, so chicken meat is no exception.
  • It might trigger erectile dysfunction in men.
  • Daily consuming chicken might cause resistance to antibiotics.
