These little ones are my nephews, the truth is that they are very calm and focused children. They have always been like that, so almost always the oldest one comes from school to tell me that other children were fighting and asks me Why is he do they hurt?.

In recent years, violence has been evidenced even in the youngest children, a reflection of the fact that they probably live at home, and these same actions are carried out wherever they go, and those little ones, more than appearing to be bad people, are just children who need love, need attention and someone who really cares about them.

Without realizing it, these little ones grow up with a huge emotional void believing that everyone judges them, everyone excludes them and this is where the real problem comes from, we raise dependent adults, sensitive, recondite, aggressive, abusive and an end to more descriptions.

We still have time to change that, let's fill those little people who are close to us with love, let's make them understand that violence will never be the correct way to solve things, work is not only in schools, it is our responsibility as managers to guide them and advise them from the time they are just beginning to have the use of reason.

Because there are cases where parents forget their responsibilities and claim that it is the fault of the school and the teachers for not teaching their children well, but it is no use correcting them at school and applauding them at home makes no sense. some all the effort that the teachers make. Let us be aware and be sure that in the future they will be good people and that they contribute positive things to society.
