Photos on a crisp Winters morning down by a frosty lake

Some posts don't need many words, especially when they include original photography. This post is such a post. It was a crisp cold November morning and, as usual the kids had me up at 6:30am. I got them breakfast and made their school lunches and there was still plenty of time to get out for an early morning walk with Coco. The sun was just coming up and there wasn't a cloud in the sky, just the vapour from holiday jetsetters visible overhead.

Walk Time

I got Coco's harness ready and off we went for our walk. She brings me for a walk more than I bring her for a walk. She has that boundless Springer Spaniel energy in every step. I knew that the lake would look surreal. Disaster struck while I was down there so my photography exploits were cut short. Luckily I did manage to capture some photos though, which I'll share now.

Gate to renewables

I thought these windmills looked beautiful set against the colours of the early morning Winter West of Ireland sky.

It's amazing, at first glance it appeared to me to be two lakes, but I then see that the second is grass, a little pond of grass! Beautiful shoot!
