Hi @adikhen1, thank you for your thoughts. There are already some tags that are used, I do not think to give every section a name will be good, that just completes the matter. That just reminds me on old Witnesses pre-current Steem like in OCD with their labels. The community is already as you say huge and there are a lot of work we currently do.
As to the promotion banner many moderators have them already. But we can't force the anyone to use them in their posts.

I did not fully understand all your suggestions and thoughts. Google translator first translated from your language into English, and then from English into Russian. :)). This sometimes leads to confusion in words and meanings.
If I understand correctly, you are proposing to introduce additional statuses for each member of the community. I have seen a similar technique on some sites and forums. This has the greatest effect on forums, when you need to assess the degree of trust in a statement / comment / message from someone on the forum.
The idea might be interesting. However, it will require a separate dedicated moderator who will have to puppet each participant (10,000 people). I understand that there are much fewer active members, but this is still a large number. At the same time, the assessment will be very subjective, which can bring disagreements to the community, someone's grievances and misunderstanding why one has such a status, while the other has higher or lower. What is needed is simple and transparent criteria and collective assessment work.
The idea itself is interesting, but I still have no idea how to implement it correctly.
Regarding tags, unfortunately I don't see tags being effective (this is my personal opinion). There is a set of basic tags from which the first 5 must be selected correctly.
