Hypernova is large stars that collapse at the end of their life due to pressure on their nucleus in a very powerful explosion, which is a supernova that occurs at the end of the life of a star on a giant (its mass is greater than 100 masses Umbrella) . Until the year 1990 AD there was a prevailing hypothesis that the supernova is the beginning of a gamma ray burst, but now the term "supernova" has become the meaning of the supernova explosion of a giant superstar with a mass of between 100 and 150 solar masses. The force of the supernova explosion is so great that the explosion of a star close to Earth (a few light years away) will cause many life forms to disappear on it, but no stars have been discovered of supernova supernovae close to Earth. Some scholars think that it was a supernova explosion that led to the great extinction in the Urdu-era 440 million years ago (which is one of five major extinctions in the history of Earth) but there is no evidence for that.
