How is Knowledge Day on September 1st

I saw a new contest theme from @mister-omortson. This is a great topic, because millions of children around the world went to school on September 1. I want to show you quite a lot of photos that I took during this holiday. September 1 in Russia is like the beginning of a new year, which lasts 9 months and ends in June.
After a relaxing summer, there comes an active and well-scheduled period not only for children, but also for parents. And it's not easy to survive and in a month everyone will dream of summer and relaxation again, but there will be a short daylight, cold weather ahead and every day you have to fight to become the best in your studies ....well, or at least not to be the worst student.
BUT no one thinks about this on September 1, because it is a real holiday for children. especially for first graders. They usually order a photo shoot on this day. I will tell you how everything goes in most Russian schools.
At the beginning, a festive line-up (meeting) is held . The children meet their first teacher, they are dressed up and with flowers. All classes stand in an organized manner and the headmaster, honored guests speak in front of them, several creative performances from vocal or dance studios take place. And then, symbolically, the future graduate, along with the first-grader, pass in front of all classes and the girl rings the bell. This symbolically shows that a new academic year has begun. Sometimes a high school student carries her on his shoulder, sometimes they just walk side by side.
Then the teachers take the children to their classes and the first lesson takes place there - familiarization with the rules of the school. Children also get to know each other, the teacher. They give bouquets of flowers to the teacher, as well as receive pleasant and useful gifts themselves. And as soon as the lesson ends, they are escorted outside, where their parents are waiting for them.

Я увидел новую тему конкурса от @mister-omortson. Это отличная тема, ведь 1 сентября в школу пошли миллионы детей по всему миру. Я хочу показать достаточно много фотографий, которые сделал во время этого праздничного дня. 1 сентября в России - это как начало нового года, который длится 9 месяцев и заканчивается в июне.
После расслабляющего лета наступает период активный и четкий по расписанию не только для детей, но и для родителей. А это не просто пережить и уже через месяц все снова будут мечтать о лете и релаксе, но впереди будет ждать короткий световой день, холода и каждый день надо бороться, чтоб стать лучшим в учебе....ну или хотя бы не быть самым плохим учеником.
НО 1 сентября об этом никто не думает, ведь для детей это настоящий праздник. особенно для первоклассников. Обычно они и заказывают в этот день фотосъемку. Я расскажу как все проходит в большинстве российских школ.
В начале проводится праздничная линейка ( собрание) . Дети встречаются с своим первым учителем, они нарядные и с цветами. Все классы организованно стоят и перед ними выступают директор школы, почетные гости, проходят несколько творческих номеров от вокальеых или танцевальных студий. А потом символично будущий выпускник вместе с первоклассницей проходят перед всеми улассами и девочка звенит в звонок. Этим символично показывает, что начался новый учебный год. Иногда старшеклассник ее несет на плече, иногда они просто идут рядом.
Потом учителя разводят детей по своим классам и там проходит первый урок - знакомство с правилами школы. Дети также знакомятся друг с другом, с учителем. Они дарят учителю букеты цветов, а также сами рлдучают приятные и полезные подарки. А как урок заканчивается, то их провожают на улицу, где их ждут родители.
