Hello steemian !!!
I just took a walk looking for fresh air to The City Park in Banda Aceh. It's been a few months since I came here again. Usually I come here often to just look at the plant collection and enjoy the clean air. Sometimes I come here just to take pictures of objects.
So, this time I want to share some photos of bees perched on beautiful flowers in The City Parks.
Hope you like it..
Bees perch on flowers to suck the nectar or juice of the flowers as food.
Nectar is a sweet liquid rich in sugar produced by plants.
The nectar is sucked using a long, tube-like tongue.
Furthermore, the nectar is stored in an extra stomach and stored in the hive.
This is considered a symbiotic mutualism, the bees get the nectar for honey while the flowers are pollinated.
This Photo collection is my first entry for the CONTEST STEEMINKLUSIVE WEEK X competition which is part of the world of xpilar community organized by @sultan-aceh and support from @xpilar
