Copenhagen - the city of Royal architecture and.. bicycles... This time our journey was a bit different, since we have bought so called "tourist card" allowing to enter endless number of palaces and museums.
Be ready for a mixture of street life and royal luxury all around
Today we are visiting one of the most interesting art museums (well, still the matter of taste, of course) in the heart of Copenhagen, commonly known as Glyptoteket. It represent the private collection of Carl Jacobsen and in primary it is a sculpture museum. The collection varies from the antique sculptures up to modern artists. One of the most important part of it is a collection of Auguste Rodin's works. While still you can see some halls with paintings of impressionists and post-impressionists as well
Definitely is a must to visit if you will be in Copenhagen one day...
Enjoy the visuals!
