Hi. I couldn't remember if I was on a river ferry or on the other side of the river. Looking at the other photos I took at the time, it looks like I was near Big Ben, so I took it from the shore/across the Thames, not on a boat. Yes, I agree, if I'd chosen a longer exposure it would have come out much crisper and clearer, maybe next time when I'm in London I will do this.
