I am not contest-runner, but if I were in your shoes - yes, I would change the picture and read the rules more carefully.
The way like it is now - Jury simply will ignore your entry, and you be getting nowhere. Any landscape photo (or seaside, bank of lake or river) will do the job. Wish you well, namaste!
