One of additional feature while staying at San Juan La Laguna city was visiting local coffee factory (so called cooperative). The place where all local coffee farmers are bringing coffee beans for further treatment until final product stored in bags and sold
Whole technology of processing beans at one place.
Also visiting actual coffee plantation nearby
