As a true cat lover, even though I already have two adorable cats at home, I still find myself longing for more feline company. However, caring for more pets can be challenging, especially with the costs and responsibilities involved. This is where cat cafes come to the rescue! Spending time at a cat cafe surrounded by playful kitties not only makes me happy but also satisfies that desire for more cats—without the extra work. 😸

Phuket has quite a few cat cafes and even some dog cafes, but one of my absolute favorites is the B Cat Café, conveniently located in the vibrant Phuket Old Town. This is actually my third visit to this charming spot. I first discovered this place through a travel review page that I follow. As many of you might know, Phuket is always buzzing with new cafes and restaurants, especially during the high season when tourists flock to the island. Even though Phuket is small, there’s always something new to try. 🌴

If you love cats and cute cafes, this is definitely a must-visit spot in Phuket. Now, let's dive into my #Caturday visit and see what the B Cat Café has in store for us today! 🐈💖

The first thing you'll notice about B Cat Café is its eye-catching vibrant blue exterior, which stands out beautifully against the backdrop of Phuket Old Town. The café is divided into two main zones. As you step inside, the interior design continues with the same blue theme, giving it a fresh and lively atmosphere. The walls are decorated with adorable pictures of cats, which immediately set the tone for what’s to come. It feels like a little sanctuary where cat lovers can relax, sip on their favorite drinks, and enjoy the charming feline-themed decor. 🐾💙

To access the main attraction—the B Cat Café zone—you can choose between two entrance options. The first option is priced at 180 baht, which includes a drink of your choice. The second option costs 100 baht but does not include a drink. I opted for the first choice, paid at the counter, and happily selected my drink before being escorted by the friendly staff to the cat zone.

The café area is separated from the restaurant by a large glass partition, allowing you to peek in and see the playful cats before you even step inside. Before entering, there are a few simple rules to follow: visitors are asked to wash their hands with sanitizer and remove their shoes, placing them neatly in the provided shoe rack. This ensures a clean and safe environment for both guests and the adorable feline residents. 🐾💧

Stepping through the door into the B Cat Café zone, you’re welcomed by the same vibrant blue decor that defines the café’s aesthetic. The walls are filled with framed pictures of adorable cats, while the comfy chairs and sofas are decked out with cat-themed pillows. It’s a cozy and cute environment that any cat lover would adore. 💙🐾

During my visit, there were about 20 cats lounging around the café. Most of them were enjoying a peaceful nap in their designated safe spots. Although the staff assured me that the cats are okay to pick up, I decided against it—after all, they looked so relaxed, and I didn’t want to disturb their beauty sleep! 😴🐱

Compared to my previous visit a few months ago, the atmosphere felt a bit calmer this time. Perhaps it was just a lazy day for the cats, or maybe they were all in the mood for a little afternoon siesta. ☀️💤

After finding a comfy spot, the staff soon brought over my drink. It looked almost too beautiful to sip—layered perfectly with bright red syrup at the base, transitioning to a vibrant blue that matched the café’s theme. To top it all off, there was an adorable cat-shaped milk foam sitting on the surface. 🐾💙

Before diving in, the staff kindly reminded me to stir it well. The sweet syrup at the bottom could easily overpower the delicate flavors if not mixed properly. But of course, I had to take a few photos first—this drink was practically made for Instagram! 📸✨

After savoring a few sips of my colorful drink, I decided to explore the café a bit more. In one cozy corner, I found a whiteboard filled with photos of the café’s resident cats. Each picture was accompanied by the cat’s name, giving a personal touch and helping visitors get to know these furry friends. It was heartwarming to see the care the café put into introducing their cats to everyone. 🐾💖

Next to the whiteboard, there’s a dedicated feeding spot with a cat food bowl, where the café’s resident kitties can grab a snack whenever they get hungry. Visitors have the option to purchase cat treats, which are available at the café. Holding treats is a sure way to get the cats’ attention, as they’ll eagerly approach anyone offering a tasty bite. 🐱🍬

However, today I decided not to buy any treats and simply enjoy watching the cats from a distance. It was nice to observe them in their natural behavior, roaming around the café or taking a nap without any distraction. 😺💤

I took my time enjoying the peaceful company of the cats—some were napping soundly, while others leisurely strolled around the café. There’s something incredibly soothing about simply sitting and observing these graceful creatures. Surprisingly, I found myself feeling calm and content, as if their quiet presence brought a sense of tranquility I didn’t realize I needed. Sometimes, the simplest moments bring the most happiness. 🐱💖

I spent nearly an hour in the café, fully immersed in this cozy cat-filled haven before deciding to head out for a walk in the Old Town area. Even after multiple visits, the experience never gets old. There’s always something new to appreciate, even in places I frequent often. 🌆✨

As I stepped out of B Cat Café and back into the bustling streets of Phuket Old Town, I felt a sense of calm and joy lingering from my time spent with the cats. It’s amazing how these little moments of peace can brighten up your day. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, I highly recommend stopping by this café—it’s a wonderful place to relax, sip on a drink, and be surrounded by the soothing presence of these adorable feline friends. 🐾💖
