**At the time of writing the post, the participants of the support program are:

Today I am ready to make some changes to the support program. Neither 14 nor 30 days correspond to reality. The support of the program participants has a much longer time frame. The record is the support period of our dear @jorgevandeperre (from 2022-03-21).

The long-term goal of the support program is to help active authors grow to half the status of "dolphin". Yes, the support is small, but it is provided on an ongoing basis. Of course, it is necessary to make personal efforts.

From this day on, I do not divide the program into two parts (14/30). The program will be unified, but with a trial period for beginners. This means that during the trial period they must prove themselves to be active, interested in their growth users and original interesting authors of their blog.
So we have the following

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. A new participant of the program receives a delegation of 50 SP and daily support of one of his original posts from the curated trail of the WOX community
2. If within a month he proves to be an active user (posts, comments, voting and other types of interaction), he is additionally delegated another 200 SP.
3. If he continues to be an active author and does not violate the rules of the WOX community, his support is carried out until he reaches half of the "dolphin" status, and in exceptional cases - up to the full "dolphin" status (at the discretion of the project manager).
4. In case of low activity of the project participant (less than 3-4 posts per week, lack of interest in other users), the participant leaves the support program ahead of time.
5. In case of plagiarism or other copyright violations, the participant withdraws from the project without warning, be careful.

In accordance with the new CONDITIONS

• congratulations to @jorgevandeperre on achieving high results, completing participation in the program and thank you for the work done. This is a good example for the rest of the support program participants
• congratulations to @antonioeviesart on continuing to participate in the program, his SP increases by 200 STEEM
• the rest of the participants continue to receive support, I pay attention to the activity factor in posts and comments (Voting CSI is not lower than 5)

RULES

1. The program participant creates at least 3-4 posts per week (preferably in the WORLD of XPILAR community) using the tags #steemexclusive and #club100 (100% manual translation into SP).

2. At the end of the post title, in parentheses, indicate full Power Up. For instance: ""Why I love WOX (100%SP)"

3. Mandatory participation in contests, comments, voting within the community WORLD OF XPILAR.
   Any activity is greatly appreciated.

As the project develops, the terms and conditions may be changed, which will be announced later. Follow the project news.

ACTIVITY

I will clarify again. This support program is for members of the WORLD OF XPILAR community only. In order for a candidate to be approved and included in the support program, the candidate must be active in the community prior to being included in the program. Being active in the community means that a community member should publish his posts in the community, comment on the posts of other members, respond to comments under his posts, vote for the likes of the posts of other members of the community. Of course, the activity of the program participant is not limited to the community. It is advisable to apply the same activity wherever you participate. But being active in the WORLD OF XPILAR community is a prerequisite for the program.

CURATING

During this time, an interesting creative post of each participant will be supported from the World of Xpilar Community Curation Trail (no more than 1 time per day).

This point of the rules does not mean automatically curating your post just by virtue of its appearance in the community feed. The quality of your post will be a sufficient condition. Let me remind you that it is advisable to post at least 3 photos and an interesting meaningful text of at least 150 words. It is better if there is more and the text is informative and interesting to read. This is not Instagram with its principles.

ATTENTION FRAUDERS !!!

I warn newbies, especially those who use their smartphones for posting. Do not follow unfamiliar links in the comments, especially if you are offered quick benefits. In most cases, these are scammers. To create posts and enter the site, use only your posting key (but not the active owner key).
If you followed a link to an external site, never use your Steemit keys there.
