Hi everyone!

Today I finished creating the first video clip with a practical exercise.
The exercise is designed to work with phrases that cause discomfort.
Conditionally it can be called "Scrolling".

What we do there is:
we find an unpleasant phrase and start repeating it according to a certain scheme.
The effect of performing this simple technique/exercise can exceed your wildest expectations. I advise you to just try it.

This video is made in English. The author of the translation and voice-over of the proposed text is our honoured @petface. She kindly agreed to make a translation from Russian into English (I relieve myself of all responsibility :-)) and also voiced this translation.

I like what I heard. A calm beautiful voice with the right intonation and pauses in the right places. Wonderful, I express my appreciation and thanks to Petface.

I do not give additional instructions and explanations on purpose.
Everything should be clear from the video

I would like to get your feedback

  • whether the instructions given in the video are clear and sufficient.
  • what hindered the fulfilment of tasks
  • whether it was possible to get a positive effect

I would be very grateful for feedback on the topic.

Thank you again to @petface for your co-operation.

I wish you successful listening to this video

I am impressed! It sounds good, it's coherent.

For me personally, the finger snapping is a kind of disturbance - I would prefer a visual signal. But I understand why you chose this one.

Hopefully there will be: many different language variations and a whole series of exercises!

Thanks for the feedback)
Some exercises involve working with eyes closed. That's why I use a neutral sound, a simple snap of the fingers, to communicate with the facilitator.
Also, this sound helps to keep in touch with the present moment (not to go into a deep trance).

Yes, I too hope to continue this series of exercises.
Just as long as the platform doesn't stop working..... I'm getting more and more worried about that lately.

Oh, you and we are not alone in this... And it's keeping me from being too present at the moment. I don't want that. It's not an obligation to be active here, it should bring joy and added value. I'm lacking both at the moment.

Yes, I understand you very well.
This attitude of top delegates to the state of affairs reduces the desire to be active.
I already know one blockchain that... now you can't even see photos there (you have to pay for hosting).

But I am still interested in the process of interaction in a new format. I wonder what all this will result in and what it will come to :)

👩‍💻Great, good stuff 👌 I like the photo that illustrates the exercise, I do find it suitable. You put the video very well together. I hope more and more Steemians watch it and even subscribe to the YouTube channel. The ten Steem are very well received too, thank you ever so much @bambuka 🙌

Thank you for your good work!
My YouTube channel is a technical channel for me. It just serves to get a link to a video so I can paste it into my text later.
But I've created an Anti-Stress playlist there. It can be considered as a separate channel))

Makes sense 👩‍💻YouTube gained popularity again so maybe you’ll make a great use of it sooner or later 😉

Who can know in advance.))
I'll just do it as long as I find it interesting and useful to someone.
