Signs of well-being.

I have been to many settlements in Moldova and have noticed that it is quite easy to see signs of well-being and their complete absence there.

As a rule it is difficult to talk about the material well-being of such settlements it may not exist at all, but the presence of churches in villages speaks of some spiritual well-being of their residents.

Also, periodically as in this photo you can see a sign of well-being not of the capital's satellite but of the ruling party to which the mayor of the village belongs.

Such a sign as a rule is the appearance in the center of the village or urban-type settlement of a sports ground with a high mesh fence which makes us look at other signs of well-being through the cells of the mesh fence.

As a rule, the transfer of funds from the village to the ruling party is limited to this in their opinion the opportunity to kick a ball from one football goal to another should make everyone happy.
