Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #1. Machines and tools - Old and new friends.

Each country I think has its own special fundamental sayings which over time do not lose their relevance and in some cases they become even stronger and more significant.

For example if you consider utility tools as your friends, you can safely say that a tool that looks old and rusty on the outside may turn out to be more accurate and reliable than new nickel-plated products made from low-quality metal.

About forty years ago I would not have written a post with such thoughts because back then it was difficult to find low-quality tools as a rule everything complied with strict standards and requirements for the production of plumbing and other tools.

But both in those days and today all car enthusiasts and those who in one way or another were associated with tightening and unscrewing nuts dreamed of having a set of tools for all occasions.

As practice shows even when purchasing a large set of tools seems like a dream come true and you are satisfied with the quality of the new tool, sometimes you still have to remember old friends and get your hands covered in rust but unscrew a nut that did not yield to the new plumbing tool.

After such moments of enormous effort it is very pleasant to hold the rubberized handle of the ratchet which easily unscrews some nut and well when the nut is not tightened as diligently as you unscrew it lol.

And the one who tightens the nut with force does not as a rule think about who will unscrew it.

We can summarize this post by saying that the world of metalworking tools is a world where there is a place for both old and new friends.

This post is my entry for the competition Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #1. Machines and tools / Concurso Semanal, "Jugando A Ser Fotógrafo #1". Maquinas y herramientas.

Greetings friend @barski

The ratchet came to solve many problems, reaching that nut hidden between the pieces was somewhat cumbersome, but with this set of tools the work is made easier. Good pictures.

Thank you for joining the contest.
