Okay, would it be okay to downvote posts you think shouldn't have that much votes or is that frowned upon? I was thinking (I'm planning on powering up some STEEM later once I've learned more about this platform) that if such activity is downvoted maybe they wouldn't buy as big votes for such low effort drawings? Or is that not recommended.

You can downvote anyone where you think that it has not deserved but there are many of such services and many user buying votes for their posts, some of them have sometimes only one photo or just few sentences
