... and I found 25 little shield bugs. These are small nymphs of the common green stink bug, and they have been hatched very recently, probably at dawn. While standing in the same place, near the same blade of grass yesterday, I photographed a different scene ...
... a cluster of minuscule eggs, set like balls on the pool table.
This fly was observing the scene from the yellow leaf on the pomegranate tree.
