Although the headline sounds quite puzzling, I'll try to explain it.

When I was about five years old, the favourite role-play was a 'Fairy University'. With some other girls we were making a den and assigned roles. Some boys were present too.

One day, we were playing this game as usual. One of the guys (let's call him Michael) was left without a role. There was no evil purpose, but we didn't really know what to do, so we just left him like that.

Once the adults noticed Michael sitting aside, my mom came closer and asked:
– Honey, why is your friend sitting here alone? Who's he? (She asked about a role).
– Mommy, he is a no one... - I answered quietly. I was very confused.
– But how's it possible? He cannot be a no one, because he's already someone!

That was a complicated saying for me then, but I understood it. We quickly found a role for Michael and started playing all together.

This reminded me of modern-day individuality concept in the society. Somehow we often tend to advocate one group's freedom, while the other one is being unreasonably left out of focus.

This picture is reinforcing the concept

Of course, I'm not talking about making excuses for bad habits etc., but I'd like to highlight the fact, that everyone is actually someone.

While developing our personality, it's also important to remember that everyone around us has the same right to enhance their own abilities and to be heard by people.

It does not mean we have to accept everything that's said or written by others, since there are many things that can harm our physical health or morality.

In this world, it's impossible to live without any conflicts, but it's not so hard to solve most arguments peacefully. Again, we don't have to agree to a compromise with evil, but there's a need to express our opinions in a most constructive way.

Thus, we can avoid harming ourselves and at the same time, be open to new knowledge.
