To be successful is a business of mindset, values and processes.

You will fail if your culture does not drive you to succeed.

I have failed a lot, but I am always trying to improve, even today.

The tough part is making it a habit that changes you and is made into a system that you can create and sustain.

If you take nothing else away from my last blog post, please take this one piece of advice and remember it forever.

"Everyone has good days and bad days.

The way to deal with it is to own it, look at it and address it.

Deal with it, and it will pass, because it's only been that way for a little while."

This is a quote by Robin Sharma, a self - help author who I feel comes from the heart.

Yes, it is simple and we can all live by it.

On a side note, one of my new year's resolutions was to do two and a half hour of exercise every day.

I have not done this.

In fact, I have not done anything in regards to exercise or "saving" myself for a later date in my life.

But on the other hand, I have not killed myself and I have not quit.

I am happy about that.

My goal is to do a half marathon, which is 36 kilometers, or about 18 miles.

Sort Order:

As you are saying we have good and bad days is our choice to face it the best way, about the exercises that is a compromise with yourself and if you are thinking of running a marathon you have to at least to do any exercise for 45 minutes as a minimum because is not a short distance
Work on it and be loyal to your words make the resolution happen nobody else will do it for you
Greetings

Great advice from you friend.
This is the best time to start it
