





Tomorrow hopefully I might re-confirm my new dry weight which is much heavier than what I was previously targeting because I noticed some real mass gain although not noticeable but I literally can feel it on my buttocks as it is not painful anymore to sit on a hard surface. It is important for me to have some cushion on my bum because it is not a joke to feel like your elbow is supporting your body when you sit around even on a soft surface because of course, it feels torture considering that I still have a relatively painful body condition because if God wills it and all of these things continues to improve, I might physically attend our church locale even on prayer meetings and worship service which are shorter in duration compared to our other church gathering which can last up to about seven hours.
I already had talked about weight gain before in my previous posts, plus this additional girth of my upper-arm which I can measure for wrapping the tip of my left hand's tip of the thumb and the middle finger, they cannot touch each other anymore. Well it is just an indication that I did gained some weight and I am truly happy about it because additional muscle in my arm helps a lot compared of course if only a few strands of muscle fiber is present.
Now I am continuing to add more calories in my diet but even though I am trying, I am still feeling that I can't get to fulfill my requirements. However, due to my additional weight gain from the past few months, I think that I am in the right track. So the effort must continue so that it can help me with managing my problem with the fluid in my lungs by adding a real mass in my body whether it will be in the form of fat or muscle, but the goal is to reach as much mass as I can without getting obese or add medical complications.
I am eating healthy most of the time, reducing protein but supplementing on absorbable amino acids in order for me to fulfill my protein needs without the build-up of protein by-products which are the ones that makes me feel sick all the time. It is quite working plus Ketoanalogues really makes me feel much stronger than before. I can conclude that getting protein in this way is much better than eating or consuming meats although I still have to eat some otherwise the Ketoanalogues might not work as I am expecting it. In-fact, there is a caveat in suing Ketoanalogues and that is not to take calcium in any form because it will not get absorbed by the guts.
The key here is for me to be more stricter about my food consumption when I use Ketoanalogues by reducing or controlling the Phosphorus content in my meals because I can't take a phosphate binder like Calcium if I will take Ketoanalogues when I eat. So I usually take it during my breakfast and it doesn't matter if I will just eat bread with some spread or rice gruel without eating much of its meat contents because it will still be a nutritious meal as I am using Moringa powder which is a superfood and packed with lots of nutrients with fiber that makes me "regular" too.
That is why my Hemoglobin levels remain better and the recent laboratory test of ferritin content of my blood showed that it is high. Now, it can be caused by a complication or it might mean that my peculiar diet with Moringa is effective but one thing is for sure, my body is not lacking iron and I can do away with not getting the I.V. iron two times per month. Also, there is no more need for me to supplement on iron as well and it will save me from buying iron supplements in the process and just rely on my Moringa powder consumption because it is supposedly working well for me too.
